Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal Gäste der Quinta Olivia.
Es war für uns wieder eine Oase der Ruhe und des Wohlfühlens….
Die fantastische Talblick, aller Trubel ist weit weg.
In der Ferne bellt mal ein Hund, oder ein Hahn kräht.
Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen, das Grundstück ist wunderschön.
Wir haben es genossen, uns sicher gefühlt und sagen nochmal DANKE, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften.

Wat een heerlijke plek. Een prachtig uitzicht, hele mooie appartementen, ruim voldoende privacy mogelijk en voor wie dat wenst ook mogelijkheid andere gasten tegen te komen bij het zwembad of de piratentafel 🙂
Stefan en Marcel zijn zeer ontspannen, toegankelijke hosts en bijzonder vriendelijk bovendien!

After Fazenda and Lindo, this time stayed a week in Vista. And again a wonderful experience, fantastic apartment with windows to the ground and beautiful views over the valley. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, lovely terrace that could already be used in February !! ! Enjoying coffee in the sun, what a party. Trips made to Porto, Braga, Ponte de Lima, Valanca and a walk in the nearby nature reserve.
Every day when you return home, turn on the wood stove, wine, cheese, book and enjoy. What a fantastic place to just unwind and completely relax. I will definitely be back and more than once for me.

Na Fazenda en Lindo dit keer een week gelogeerd in Vista. En wederom een heerlijke ervaring, fantastisch appartement met ramen tot op de grond en prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Prima slaapkamer en badkamer, heerlijk terras wat al te gebruiken was in februari!!! Heerlijk koffiedrinken in de zon, wat een feest. Trips gemaakt naar Porto, Braga, Ponte de Lima, Valanca en een wandeling in het nabij gelegen natuurgebied. Iedere dag bij thuiskomst de houtkachel aan, wijntje, kaasje, boek en genieten maar. Wat een fantastische plek om even tot rust te komen en volkomen te relaxen. Ik kom zeker terug en wat mij betreft meer dan eens.

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment and very private. Good swimming pool. Fantastic beautiful view! We were lucky to see the full moon appear behind the mountains, very beautiful. In the morning the baker comes by so we had fresh rolls every morning, very handy.
We have seen the owners once, but the contact is excellent via sms and e-mail. The Quinta is very well located to explore the region you have both the mountains, the sea and the cities to visit. As a minus maybe it was quite hot in the apartment. We had a very nice stay!

Zeer ruim, goed uitgerust appartement en heel privé. Goed zwembad.
Fantastisch mooi uitzicht! We hadden het geluk de volle maan te zien verschijnen achter de bergen, heel mooi. s’Morgens komt de bakker langs dus hadden we elke morgen verse broodjes, heel handig.
De eigenaars hebben we één keer gezien maar het contact verloopt prima via sms en é-mail.
De quinta is zeer goed gelegen om de streek te verkennen je hebt zowel de bergen, zee als de steden om te bezoeken. Als minpuntje misschien dat het vrij warm was in het appartement. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Very spacious, neat and fully furnished apartment. The kitchen is equipped with many conveniences, the living room is spacious and gives a nice view over the valley with the large windows. Downstairs is the bedroom, with a wonderful bed, spacious walk-in shower and a step to the terrace: it is wonderful to wake up with patio doors, sun in your face and a view of the valley. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have everything in order. The garden is neat and the swimming pool well maintained and there is a barbecue area. Above all, it is wonderfully quiet, secluded and small-scale with enough privacy, which makes it perfect for relaxing and not having to do anything. Oh yes, the bread service in the morning is a nice extra.

Zeer ruim, netjes en compleet ingericht appartement. De keuken is voorzien van vele gemakken, de woonkamer is ruim en geeft een mooi uitzicht over de vallei met de grote ramen. Beneden is de slaapkamer, met een heerlijk bed, ruime inloopdouche en opstapje naar het terras: het is heerlijk wakker worden met openslaande deuren, zon in je gezicht en zicht op de vallei. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben alles piekfijn in orde. De tuin is netjes en het zwembad goed onderhouden en er is een barbecueplaats aanwezig. Bovenal, het is heerlijk rustig, afgelegen en kleinschalig opgezet met voldoende privacy wat het perfect maakt om heerlijk te ontspannen en niets te moeten. Oja, de broodjesservice ‘s ochtends is een fijn extra.

We were in Olivia for the second time. We had such a good time last year that we wanted to go again. And we were very satisfied again! The apartment is spacious and clean and fully equipped. The area is breathtaking, the view is fantastic. Communication with the hosts was easy. It was nice that they kept us informed when there were problems with obtaining gas due to a strike. In short: we enjoyed it again and strongly recommend a holiday in Olivia.

We waren voor de tweede keer op quinta Olivia. Het was ons vorig jaar zo goed bevallen dat we nog eens wilden. En we waren weer dik tevreden! Het appartement is ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is adembenemend, het uitzicht is fantastisch. De communicatie met de gastheren verliep gemakkelijk. Het was prettig dat ze ons op de hoogte hielden toen er vanwege een staking problemen waren met het verkrijgen van benzine. Kortom: we hebben weer genoten en raden een vakantie op quinta Olivia van harte aan.

Das war ein Traum für eine Woche!!!
In dieser Wohnung, bzw im Haus und Garten ist einfach alles durchdacht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und viel Ruhe gefunden. Der Pool war herrlich, die Aussicht grandios und die Nachbarn bekamen wir sogut wie nie mit.
Ein Ort, an den wir sehr gerne zurück kehren! DANKE!

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful place! Fantastic view where you always discover new things and also have different views. In a remote place, but easily accessible by car, we thought. Wild horses spotted about 200 meters from the Quinta. The Quinta is well maintained, the flowers smell nice and you have wonderful places to sit. The service from the bakery (fresh bread at the door) is top! The hosts are easily accessible and do their thing quietly when they are there. In short: a top accommodation that we recommend!
The apartment is fully equipped and lacks nothing. Was neat and tidy. Due to the cold (on arrival) there was an extra heater installed in the bedroom and the basket with wood for the wood stove in the living room well stocked. Super!
Packing a suitcase for such a period in April is difficult. It was never really cold, always little wind. But it could sometimes rain heavily (which naturally keeps the environment green). And when the sun was out, it was delicious and immediately nice and warm.
Good base for exploring nature, but also for visiting towns.

Een heerlijk appartement op een heerlijke plek! Fantastisch uitzicht waarbij je telkens weer nieuwe dingen ontdek en ook telkens weer ander zicht heb. Op een afgelegen plaats, maar goed met de auto bereikbaar, vonden wij. Wilde paarden op zo’n 200 meter van de Quinta gespot. De Quinta wordt goed onderhouden, de bloemen ruiken lekker en je hebt heerlijke plekjes om te zitten. De service van de bakker (verse broodjes aan de deur) is top! De gastheren zijn goed bereikbaar en doen rustig hun ding als ze er zijn. Kortom: een top accommodatie, die wij aanbevelen!
Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ontbreekt aan niets. Was keurig schoon. In verband met de kou (bij aankomst) was er een extra kacheltje geplaatst in de slaapkamer en de mand met hout voor de houtkachel in de woonkamer goed gevuld. Super!
Koffer inpakken voor zo’n periode in april is lastig. Het was nooit echt koud, altijd weinig wind. Maar het kon soms flink regenen (dat houdt de omgeving uiteraard mooi groen). En als de zon scheen, was het heerlijk en meteen ook lekker warm.
Goede uitvalsbasis om de natuur in te trekken, maar ook om stadjes te bezoeken.

My girlfriend and I advise! We live in different countries and perhaps that’s why we decided to escape from the usual, busier New Year’s Eve to something more peaceful just between us. Fortunately, we came to Quinta Olivia which exceeded our expectations. As a young couple we loved it! The apartment is very well done, with good finishes, great sun exposure and a name that lives up to the landscape, absolutely beautiful and tranquil, worthy of a picture. The room is a bit cold but we turned on the stove and within minutes it was heated. The room on the lower floor does not catch the heat of the stove but the electric mattress always solved the matter! The private part outside is perfect for breakfast, to the sound of nature and with a breathtaking view, as if time stopped and were all ours.
As for cleanliness and lodging, all five stars. All questions that arose were answered promptly by Marcel.
There are very beautiful areas nearby and the population is very friendly.
We were very happy at Quinta Olivia and we will be back one day.

Eu e a minha namorada aconselhamos! Vivemos em países diferentes e, talvez por isso, decidimos fugir à Passagem de Ano habitual, mais agitada, para algo mais pacato, só entre nós. Felizmente, viemos parar à Quinta Olívia que excedeu as nossas expetativas. Como casal jovem adorámos! O apartamento está muito bem conseguido, com bons acabamentos, ótima exposição solar e um nome que faz jus à paisagem, absolutamente linda e tranquilizante, digna de um quadro. A sala é um pouco fria mas ligámos a salamandra e, em poucos minutos, estava aquecida. O quarto, no piso inferior, não apanha o calor da salamandra mas o colchão elétrico resolveu sempre o assunto! A parte privada, no exterior, é perfeita para os pequenos-almoços, ao som da natureza e com uma vista de cortar a respiração, como se o tempo parasse e fosse tudo nosso.
Quanto à limpeza e hospedagem, tudo cinco estrelas. Todas as dúvidas que iam surgindo foram respondidas com prontidão pelo Marcel.
Existem zonas muito bonitas por perto e a população é bastante simpática.
Fomos muitos felizes na Quinta Olívia e de certeza que voltaremos um dia.
